The prices shown are subject to a site survey being carried out by CLASSIC MARQUEES Ltd. The site should be firm, flat and level with easy access for trucks, vans & trailers. All underground services must be marked by the client prior to our commencement on site. No allowance has been made for scaffolding to sub bases.
For all structures, anchoring will usually be made with long steel stakes up to 1m long.
No allowance has been made for the supply of special anchors to fix into concrete or additional concrete weights unless itemized in your quotation.
Availability of stock can only be confirmed immediately prior to an official order being placed.
If any change to the specification is requested by the client within 30 days of CLASSIC MARQUEES Ltd commencing on site, we reserve the right to pass on to the client any costs incurred.
It is the clients responsibility to obtain approval for all marquee proposals from the local Fire Officer.
It is the clients responsibility to provide a secure site for the whole of the hire period including build up and dismantle.
Please note it is the clients responsibility to provide Public Liability and Employers’ Liability Insurance in respect of any Function or Event held in, or use of the hired marquee. Such insurance must provide an indemnity to Classic Marquees Ltd. A copy of the Insurance will be required one month prior to our commencement on site.
Classic Marquees Ltd have full public & employers liability insurance which covers our staff while on site during setup and take down of our equipment. We would point out that these insurances cover only the erection / existence / dismantling risks and in no way cover any functions or use of the marquee organized by you / your client. You must make your own separate insurance arrangements in that respect.
Our usual terms of business for marquee are:
- 25% deposit to secure booking
- Balance upon handover of structure
CLASSIC MARQUEES Ltd accepts no responsibility for any consequential losses.
